Deb Felts is here today sharing this wonderfully fun project. As many of you likely know, Deb spins her own yarn and then knits it into so many wonderful creations. She is currently working on a pair of stockings in absolutely yummy colors, which was her inspiration for today's card. She perfectly replicated the stocking design onto her die cut stocking. I love it and I know you will to!
Here are both of Deb's projects - the stockings in the works and her completed card.
The fact that she replicated the stocking design so perfectly just tickles me - I amuse easily - LOL!
Deb used Copic markers and a ruler to create the stripes on her die cut stocking.
I am in LOVE with that deep red/turquoise color combination, too!
And just a thought, if you are not a knitter, how about purchasing a pair of striped socks or mittens and creating a card to match them, just like Deb did. HOW impressed would the recipient be!!!
