Card Samples

Our card samples today focus on the sentiments, using fun designer papers, embellishments and some die cuts. A card doesn't have to be complicated or difficult, just play around with a few pretty things and see what you can come up with!

And we know so many of you have beautiful designer papers at home but don't use them. Some say they don't know what to do with them, and others say they are just too pretty to cut into. Well, let's hope these cards inspire you to cut, cut, cut into that beautiful paper.

Easter and spring are both on the horizon where our thoughts turn to lovely flowers, fresh spring themes and the saving grace that comes through Jesus Christ. Easter Memories

Often times just looking at something simple can stir up such memories from the past. This amazing Easter card from Deb Felts does just that. I love this fancy bunny as she always makes me think of my childhood. During those years, oh so long ago, Easter meant very fancy and ruffly dresses on little girls, decked out with matching hat, gloves and shoes, and often times even a little purse to match. That vision is just so clear to me and always evokes a heart-felt smile. The surprise on this card is the stand-up cross with the Easter greeting on the inside, all made with just one stamp set!

There is just so much to love here - not only the beautiful bunny, but all those gorgeous and fancy embellishments. And I love how Deb chose designer paper that lends the feeling of stained glass, so perfect for the season!
