Dutch Door Bridge Card

Interesting folds are always fun, but today we share an interesting cut on this lovely Dutch door bridge card from Deb Felts. The card front is cut short, like a Dutch door, then topped off with the bridge, adding such a fun shape to the front of the card.

Deb used a couple of the sets included in this week's Product of the Week at 20% OFF through Saturday only. Sale details are at the end of this post, so be sure to check it out!

This is the card front when closed.

Framed Edmund Fitzgerald

Good morning once again. How special it is when someone asks us to create a specific piece just for them. The home decor piece we share today was created by Karen Letchworth at the request of her brother, wanting a keepsake to remember the Edmund Fitzgerald. Growing up in Duluth, MN, this ship has special meaning and memories, as it does for so many. I am sure he was just thrilled with Karen's final result, and I know you will be, too!

And be sure to check out our current Product of the Week at 20% OFF at the end of this post.

Karen purchased a small square wooden frame and set out to create the interior artwork as well as the surrounding landscape to create a stunning little vignette.

It was easily done with the right stamps, dies and supplies at hand.

Thank you so much, Karen, for this wonderful and nostaligic project. A beautiful piece of home decor and a fabulous keepsake!
