Patriotic Graduation

Today we are sharing a card that got me at hello, as they say. Deb Felts made this stunning card as a graduation card, but with simple modification it works absolutly perfect as a patriotic card to celebrate the year 2026, our semiquincentennial, or 250 year celebration. A blending of graduation and love for our country came together just beautifully with this card.

This is a slimline card with the grad cap/sentiment on top and the flag/year on the bottom.

Note that the grad cap is upside down, representing that it has been tossed and is flying into the air, up into the sky - the sky being the limit, of course!

I find the bottom portion of the card very intriguing. One could make a standard sized card using JUST the bottom portion for a stunning patriotic card this year.

Inspirationally, this card certainly does double duty!
