Good morning! We have a very interesting and very beautiful autumn card today from Deb Felts. She created a card with a fold that is new to me called the Square Column Fold. As luck would have it, our Falling Leaving Border Strip (and likewise, our Snowflake Border Strip) fit this card design just perfectly and we thank Deb for sharing this with us. It's always fun to see something new and different.
So pretty, classy and rich for fall!

Beautifully colored with Copic markers.
A closer look at that beautifully colored border strip and lovely seam binding ribbon accent.
This is the card when opened.
Deb actually cut the large oak leaf into 2 pieces before adhering it to the card inside so it rests nicely right in that fold.
And please note that the leaves on our Falling Leaves Border Strip are the same leaves, just reduced in size, as are included in Give Thanks and Harvest, making them all work together just beautifully.
Love this verse of scripture from Give Thanks.
This view shows the square column fold, which does fold flat when closing the card.
Thanks so much, Deb, for this very lovely and very inspiring card!

And in Deb's own words, here is her commentary on what she did:
"Our leaf border stamp fits perfectly in between a couple of those score lines! I stamped it right onto the card base, colored with Copics before folding, then simply added patterned paper and a little more stamping to spice up the rest of the card. I cut the inside leaf into two pieces before adhering it to either side of the inside fold."
