Esther Asbury is with us today sharing this gorgeous fall card made with our lovely Autunn Silhouettes and a sentiment from our Pastor Appreciation Series. I'm not sure if Esther intended this card as a note to someone in the ministry or just as a general card of encouragement, which would surely bless anyone. We love the versatility of our sentiments and images and how well they all mix and match. I think the color palette Esther chose for this card is just stunning!

With October being Pastor Appreciation Month, this card is just perfect to share right now.

And in Esther's own words, this is how she created that highly textural background that is so stunning:

"I embossed a piece of the scorched wood patterned paper with the 3D embossing folder and ran the gold ink pad over top to make the design pop a bit. The center piece is mixed media paper that I ink smooshed with antique linen distress ink and stamped the wheat over top in vintage photo and uncharted mariner."
