 Keep it Simple ~ Make it Pretty

That has been our long-term mantra at Stamp Simply and today's card from Deb Saaranen is a perfect example. Quick and easy to make, simply beautiful, all while using minimal supplies and keeping it flat for mailing. The best of all worlds!

Additionally, this is one of those multi-purpose cards that could be used for so many purposes. At first glance my initial thought was for a wedding or birthday, but I think it would even be wonderful for a sympathy card or a thinking of you card. A wonderful card to mass produce and have available in your stash!

Happy Birthday to a Michigander

This unique birthday card was made for a gentleman who winters in Arizona but has his heart in Michigan, which is kind of hard to believe this week in particular with the frigid weather we have been experiencing, but in general, I get it! Once a Yooper, always a Yooper! Deb combined this Michigan themed card with a fishing theme, and that is a perfect combination for this beautiful state surrounded by and filled with the most beautiful fresh water bodies in the world!

The tiny die cut heart denotes the birthday boy's home town.

You've got to love all the map markers that come with the Lower Peninsula set.

Seeds and Sunflowers

Good mid-week morning to all! Today I spotted a card by customer Barb Finnical and wanted to share it here as it just captured my heart! Barb is designing for Word Art Wednesday, a challenge blog that focuses on scripture. They offer encouraging words from scripture with each challenge and a prize to be awarded to some lucky winner, chosen from  anyone who participates. You just have to make a card and enter it - and their requirements are super easy. This week a $25 gift code from Stamp Simply (that's us) is being offered. This card is a bit on the larger side, but I don't have measurements. The seed packet is just smaller than an A2 sized card, so that's my reference point. I LOVE making cards that are a bit larger, giving one more room to play around while creating!

Valentine Pockets

What is better than a sweet handmade card for your valentine, than perhaps a card that is filled with little gifts and notes of love! That's what Esther was thinking when she created these 2 gorgeous projects that we'll show you in great detail further down. Sometimes it is just all those little details that pull projects together and make them extra special, and we'll be sure to show you all those details that Esther added to these absolutely adorable valentine pocket cards.
